The Pin Point has been operating for five years — and it started the same way all great ideas do: from personal experience. As a traveler myself, I know what it feels like to arrive somewhere after a long journey and need everything to just work.

I've stayed in luxury hotels, Airbnbs, and everything in between. The difference between a forgettable stay and an unforgettable one almost always comes down to the same things: cleanliness, comfort, security, and someone who actually responds when you need them.
